Mazda Scheduled Servicing
Your Mazda requires servicing every 4 months or 8,000 km, whichever comes first. Our service advisors will contact you before each service to make an appointment. Mazda Factory Warranty
The basic warranty for Mazda vehicles covers all parts found to be factory-defective for 36 Months or 80,000 km (60,000 km for the B-Series), whichever comes first. Additional warranties cover powertrain components for a period of 5 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. The 2004-2011 RX-8 rotary short engine (engine core only) is covered for an additional period ending at 96 months or 160,000 km. Body sheet metal perforation for 8 years and unlimited mileage (on 2013-2014 model year and newer) and specific emission-control components for up to 8 years or 128,000 km. We have a state-of-the-art wheel-alignment machine to ensure that tire wear is reduced and the vehicle travels straight and true.

European & Subaru Vehicle Servicing
Courtenay Mazda services what we sell. That is why we have trained technicians and a Autologic diagnostic system for our European products. This system allows us to diagnose BMW, Land Rover and Mercedes Benz vehicles. For our Subaru vehicles we use our Snapon Modis diagnostic system. Rather than driving to Nanaimo or Victoria for service, why not just save yourself money, time and fuel!

Lounge Area: While you wait for your vehicle to be serviced, relax in our customer waiting area. You'll find there comfortable leather couches, fireplace, television with cable, free wireless Internet access, free coffee machine and water dispenser.
Complimentary basic auto spa: With each service, Courtenay Mazda will make sure that your vehicle is washed and vacuumed.
Complimentary shuttle Service: If you require a ride to work or perhaps to do some grocery shopping, Courtenay Mazda offers free shuttle rides to Courtenay and Comox.
Replacement vehicles: We have five replacement vehicles available for daily rental for $14.95 a day. Please contact our service department for further details and to book a vehicle.
